About the Conference

Building an Open, Intelligent 6G Future

Sixth-generation (6G) networks are evolving toward virtualization, cloudification and intelligence, and open source has become a decisive path for breaking industry bottlenecks and driving innovation in mobile communications. Open collaboration lowers the barriers to research and development and pools innovation resources from developers, enterprises and research institutions worldwide, while mature open-source algorithms and verification platforms accelerate the translation of frontier results into deployable technology.

Under the theme “Open Source Driving Future Wireless Networks”, the conference focuses on the open-source 6G fully-cloudified architecture, AI-native wireless systems, and the standardization and industrial deployment of open-source communications. It features keynote talks, paper presentations and an achievement exhibition, and will compile post-conference proceedings documenting the latest results in open-source wireless networks and 6G.

  • From research to industry. Advance platforms such as OpenXG and OpenAirInterface (OAI) from research validation toward industrial application.
  • International cooperation. Land China–France and China–Europe joint projects, researcher visits and student co-training.
  • One open ecosystem. Connect universities, research institutes, telecom companies and open-source communities.
